Silent Wonders

We, the people of this generation, are closed in by dark days. Yet, as things go, I have found solace in the little things.  The season holds many silent wonders.

Earlier this week, icicles prominently decorated our eaves, and I contracted cabin fever, as the rain fell frozen.  I have, as of late, ventured out only to find contentment and gratitude for winter's delights.

Now I rejoice as I feel the daylight begun to stretch and grow. And there is ever more to discover - bliss, in countless form, tucked neath a wintry blanket.
